Excellent for lifting bread in and out of dutch oven. Saves on parchment paper and works better too.
Love my bread sling! So much easier to use than parchment paper.
I use 2-4 quart le creuset Dutch ovens to make 2 small sourdough boules. These silicone slings are a little too big for the pot. I don’t want to use my larger Dutch ovens for sourdough bread, because the pots get discoloured from the high temperatures. I also didn’t want to cut the sling to fit properly. I had to return them. They are high quality and would be great for someone that uses a 5 quart or above Dutch oven.

Where has this been all my life. No more parchment paper which I always felt very wasteful to me.
