ModKitchn started in Morgan’s kitchen after one too many awkward bread extractions resulting in burnt knuckles. She thought, there has to be a better way! So she created tools that make baking bread easier, more fun, and way less stressful. What began with one simple bread sling has grown into a collection designed by a bread nerd, for bread nerds.
