Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date your purchase is delivered. If more than 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ModKitchn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided with your order. If this happens, we’ll verify the delivery details (address, date, tracking number, and carrier) to assist you in opening a claim with the shipping company.

Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and deliverable. ModKitchn is not responsible for orders returned to us or lost due to incomplete or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.
